Atomic 212 adds 25 new staff nationally in Q1

Independent agency Atomic 212 has bolstered its ranks across planning, client services and digital nationally.

In Sydney new recruits include former Mindshare Global and Australian director, Brittney Rees, who has joined as group account director. Rees brings with her experience across the tourism, entertainment and retail sectors for leading global and domestic brands alike including Tourism New Zealand and Foxtel.

Nationally, the agency has added 25 new staff since January 2021. The new joiners have been hired following new client wins across the agency the past 12 months including; BMW Group Australia, BWS/Dan Murphy’s, Hort Innovation, Alcohol and Drug Foundation Australia and Openpay.

In Melbourne, the agency has welcomed Anna Godkin who joins from Dentsu X, where she previously held the position of client director.

Godkin said: “I’ve always loved the dynamic nature of our industry, and recognised in Atomic 212 a collective passion for growth, collaboration and delivery of outstanding work. It’s an honour to have joined this wonderful group of people who have created such an inspiring and inclusive culture at the agency.”

Amongst the senior appointments, Atomic 212 has also added eight assistants to the agency, whom all join as new entrants to the marcomms industry.
