Aus Grand Prix 2024 to host a Batman-themed family zone

To celebrate 85 years of Batman, the 2024 Australian Grand Prix will house a family zone themed around DC Super Heroes, with the spotlight set on the Dark Knight himself.

The announcement:

The first of its kind in Australia, a new partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products will see the family zone of the FORMULA 1 ROLEX AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2024 transformed into an extension of the DC Universe.

The reimagined family zone will be known as Pit Stop Park Powered by DC Super Heroes, debuting as Warner Bros. Discovery celebrates 85 Years of DC’s BATMAN™. Iconic and globally renowned, The Caped Crusader first appeared in 1939’s Detective Comics #27, and since then has been seen in comics, TV shows, cartoons and movies. The Dark Knight has stood as a symbol of determination, courage, and justice to generations of fans alongside DC Super Heroes including SUPERMAN and WONDER WOMAN.

Located on the golf course near turn 9 of the circuit, Pit Stop Park Powered by DC Super Heroes will be home to entertainment for everyone from toddlers to teens to the young at heart.

A Gotham City climbing wall, giant BATMAN slide and a Batmobile will be the show-stopping highlights, while craft and play stations, obstacle courses, and roving DC characters will keep the crowd entertained for hours.

After record-breaking attendance in 2023, demand for tickets to the FORMULA 1 ROLEX AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2024 remains high, with grandstands for all days and Saturday and Sunday Park Pass (GA) sold out.

Limited Park Pass tickets remain for Thursday and Friday, with prices starting at just $45, and kids under 14 able to attend free with a paying adult.
