Australia Post, ServiceNow, Exponential, Recognition PR and more confirmed to speak at the B2B Marketing Summit

Senior Australia Post marketer, Rebecca Burrows, has been confirmed to deliver a presentation at the new Mumbrella B2B Marketing Summit that focuses on building key business relationships.

Burrows will discuss Australia Post’s unique retail, delivery, identity and payments network capabilities

Burrows, who is the general manager of segment development and marketing for business and government, helped implement Australia Post’s unique retail, delivery, identity and payments network capabilities.

In her session, she’ll present a case study outlining how the strategy came into being, how Australia Post is working with the business sector and how the team is tracking response.

Egan will explain how ServiceNow deals with building business across diverse regions

Joining Burrows at the summit is ServiceNow VP of marketing, Asia Pacific and Japan, Duncan Egan. He will present a session on the in-depth details of multi-region marketing strategy, how to ensure you’re not missing growth opportunities when communicating with multiple regions and the lessons learnt from the quick growth and expansion of a successful disruptor.

ServiceNow is one of the fastest growing enterprise software companies globally with offices around the world. It’s APAC business includes multiple offices in Australia as well as Singapore, India, Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand and New Zealand.

Gaylard will sit on a panel exploring the key aspects of content for B2B marketers

Also confirmed is a panel on winning business through content from a B2B perspective. Jodi Gaylard, director at B2B and tech focused marketing agency, The Revery, is the first speaker announced, having also previously held senior positions at ANZ, M&C Saatchi and Ogilvy & Mather in London.

The expert panel will explore the development of a B2B voice, how to track ROI, and look at the ways content can provide cut-through, especially for businesses in industries that have complex products or services.

Greer will explore the challenges and opportunities big data affords marketers

Data will also be put into the spotlight through a B2B lens when Exponential director of global sales strategy, Tyler Greer, explores the challenges and opportunities the new world of big data affords marketers.

Greer will explain why not all data is created equal and how it is more important than ever to separate the good, the bad and the meaningless, particularly when your marketing strategy is B2B.

Meanwhile, Adam Benson, director at Recognition PR, is the first speaker announced on a panel that will join the dots between marketing and communications for B2B marketers. While PR is often considered to be more B2C, it can still play a significant role in B2B, and often falls under a marketers’ remit. This session will explore its relevance and the key strategies to make it work.

The Mumbrella B2B Marketing Summit will take place at the Amora Hotel Jamison in Sydney on September 5 and will feature a stream dedicated to ‘how-to’ session for B2B marketers.
