Ballroom beats Blitz as Dancing With the Stars wins its Sunday ratings battle
Sunday’s battle for 6.30pm saw Seven’s Dancing With The Stars take top spot, seeing off last week’s victor, Nine’s Domestic Blitz.
While Domestic Blitz was steady on 1.3m, Dancing With The Stars leapt from 1.3m to 1.5m. The third battler for the timeslot, Ten’s Australian Idol dropped from 1.3m to just below 1.2m.
Meanwhile, the return of Rove, which included the introduction of new team members along with Judd Apatow and Katy Perry, pulled in a little under 1.1m for Ten.
Seven won Sunday with a 30.2% share, followed by Nine’s 28.2% and Ten’s 23.2%. The ABC got 13.9% and SBS 4.6%.
