Banter makes several new hires
Marketing and brand experience agency Banter has kicked off the year with a round of new promotions and hires.
The team updates come after a strong 12 months for the agency, having welcomed several new clients including Afterpay, CUPRA, Pandora, MUFG, and TikTok.
Hannah Jenkins is returning from maternity leave with a promotion to head of production, where she will be responsible for leading Banter’s production vision and strategy.

Jenkins has been with Banter since 2022, serving as a senior producer. In the new role, she will head up the production team, leading boundary-pushing approaches to experiential, events, content, and digital campaigns.
Meanwhile, Banter is welcoming Regina San Juan as its new senior producer. She joins after playing a pivotal role in the Sydney WorldPride 2023 team, and leading event production for the 2024 GQ Men of the Year Awards.
The agency has also added Lucie Drysdale and Callam Paul as account executives, both joining from the Flaunt Talent graduate program.
“It’s been an amazing year for Banter, but more importantly, the first six months of independence has shown us just how much demand there is for the kind of work we do, the way we think, and the type of people we are,” said Paul Den, co-founder of Banter.
“These promotions and hires are set to make such a huge difference to Team Banter for 2025.”
