Battle Royale: Indies vs network vs in-house – which is better?

It’s a debate that continues to rage in adland – which is better – independent agencies versus networks versus the in-house model? Six big names representing the three went head-to-head in a thrilling debate.

One of the most talked-about sessions at Mumbrella360 was a battle royale that sought to settle the conundrum once and for all. Audience applause determined who came out on top.

The panel comprised: Virginia Hyland, CEO of Havas Media Network; Kirsty Muddle, CEO of Dentsu Creative; Nick Thomas, partner and chief strategy officer at -lution; Ben Culligan, APAC category and marketing director at Treasury Wine Estates; Sean Aylmer, presenter of the Fear & Greed podcast; Ian Perrin, managing partner of Speed, and; Paul Swann, executive creator thinker at Thinkerbell North.
