Bayer Consumer Health appoints Dec PR to deliver range of campaigns

Dec PR has been appointed by Bayer Consumer Health Australia to deliver a range of PR campaigns for its brand portfolio.

The independent public relations agency has already begun work for a product launch campaign for a Bepanthen Tattoo product, as well as a campaign for women’s health brand, Canesten.

Marketing manager for Derm & Pain portfolio at Bayer Consumer Health Australia, Matteo Piovan said: “We were impressed with DEC PR’s ability to deliver impact against campaign objectives while ensuring all stakeholders – from consumers, to retail partners and healthcare KOLs – are brought along on the journey”.

Piovan said Dec PR’s enthusiasm for the campaigns left them with confidence they could produce the desired outcome.

“For both the Bepanthen Tattoo and Canesten women’s intimate health campaigns, we required a team that was equally passionate and capable to deliver meaningful brand results and push the creative boundaries. Dec PR is doing just that.”

“The Dec PR team is extremely passionate about the healthcare sector and so winning these public relations pitches for Bayer has been a highlight of this year,” said Sarah-Ann Taylor, group client director at Dec PR. “The team at Bayer has charged and empowered us to think outside the box and we are collaborating closely with them. We’re looking forward to launching the initial campaigns mid-year.”

Bepanthen Tattoo and the Canesten women’s intimate health portfolio join a growing portfolio of consumer healthcare clients at Dec PR.
