Beaurepaires reviews media

Tyre retailer Beaurepaires is holding a review of its media agencies, with long-time incumbent Mitchells defending the business.

Starcom and Ikon are believed to the agencies also in contention, which is estimated to worth $10m in billings, Mumbrella understands.

A Beaurepaires spokesman confirmed the news, but would not comment on the “suppliers” involved in the review.

Beaurepaires appointed Ogilvy Melbourne as its creative agency earlier this year, but this relationship is not affected by the review.
