Blobfish International appoints Mayvelynn Nurimba as campaign co-ordinator
Blobfish International has appointed marketing graduate Mayvelynn Nurimba as its new campaign co-ordinator to support operations in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

Blobfish International, Australia’s largest activation and only sampling partner network, today announced the appointment of marketing graduate, Mayvelynn Nurimba, as its new campaign co-ordinator.
In her new role, Nurimba will support Blobfish’s global operations in New Zealand and the UK as well as Australia, while also continuing to streamline the business’ back-end technology. She will work alongside Jake Kerr in his new role as campaign manager.
A recent university graduate, Nurimba has already gained industry experience across brand strategy, digital campaigns and customer experience design. She has worked with a range of diverse clients including The Walt Disney Company, Seafolly, RSCPA Victoria, Indofood ANZ and the Queen Victoria Market.
She comes to Blobfish from Amerinda Advisory, where she completed her business analyst internship. Prior to this, she was at the Gaudi Group, undertaking a marketing and project management internship.
Nurimba holds a Masters in Marketing and certification in artificial intelligence in marketing, along with a Bachelor of Food Science, from RMIT University.

The appointment of Nurimba and promotion of Kerr follow the appointment earlier this year of sales director Whitney Bettanin.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, Blobfish has built an extensive network of experiential sampling partners, including Uber Eats, Door Dash, Menulog, and AirBnB, hotels, and rideshare vehicles Uber and Didi opening a range of environmental sampling opportunities in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
In June this year, Blobfish expanded its partner network to include butchers’ boxes via custom meat/seafood deliveries; the children/baby/parent sector with sampling at childcare centres, swim schools and recreational centres; the national sporting and health industry, including mixed martial arts, pilates and yoga studios, gyms, ice and sauna houses; as well as reaching students through new university partnerships.
The network has worked with many well-known local and global brands including Aperol, Unilever, Heineken, Mondelez International, Danone and Nestlé to reach customers in their environments.
Nurimba’s appointment is effective immediately.
