Blue Mountains Film Festival – last day for submissions
Today is the last day to get your entries in for the Blue Mountains Film Festival.
Expanding on previous years, the Blue Mountains Film Festival will be held at new venue Scenic World From 13 to 15 October, and has raised the kitty to $3000 in prizes for filmmakers with each category winner receiving a ‘Yowie’, the festival’s new statuette.
“We are very excited to have access to Scenic World’s facilities. The use of their purpose built Scenic Cinema for our screenings will be a huge boost to the festival,” said festival director Tom Taylor.
“Short film submissions are being received almost daily and we have already seen some really great entries, so it looks like it’s going to be a fantastic line-up,” he said.
