BMF loses Langley to 303

BMF has seen the departure of its most senior member of staff in more than six years with the move by creative director Simon Langley to 303.

Langley replaces Julian Watt, who left 303’s Sydney office in December to become ECD of GPY&R Sydney.

Langley, who was a creative director at BMF for three years,  has become a partner at 303. Jon McKie, MD of 303 Sydney, said: “He’s highly credentialed and a great cultural fit for our company.”

Langley added: “I believe 303 has fantastic potential to become a landmark agency in this country. My brief is to turn that into a reality.”

His departure from BMF is the most significant one for the agency since Paul Fishlock (the F in BMF) left in 2003.

Last week BMF promoted Jun Harada into the role of Creative Director – brand activation.
