Bondi Advertising at Berlin’s Bread’N’Butter

Bondi Advertising’s Paint it Mavi campaign has gone global, launching at Berlin’s Bread’N’Butter fashion event this week.

The announcement:

Creative from beach-based agency Bondi Advertising has gone global this week with their PAINT IT MAVI campaign launching at Berlin’s Bread’N’Butter Fashion Event.

The integrated ATL and in-store campaign was initially produced to support Mavi’s growth across major Australian retailers David Jones, Just Jeans and The Glue Store. However the Mavi global brand team acquired the campaign, commissioned extensions and launched it this week in Europe.

The campaign creative builds on trend insights, the Turkish origin of the brand and features rising Australian actress Courtney Eaton.

Creative Director Jonas Allen said: “It is a win for Australian creativity every time local work is being used abroad, especially when a European brand sources from Bondi to influence fashion capitals like Berlin, Paris, and London.”

It is the second time in 2013 that the Bondi crew have seen their work be used in international markets. Agency client and Australian super-franchise Pie Face have opened five new outlets in Manhattan already this year. All feature Bondi Advertising creative across branding, packaging, promotions, in-store signage, digital social media content.

“We’ve worked hard to strengthen the Pie Face brand messaging in Australia over the last 12 months. To also be shaping how Americans are falling in love with this great Aussie export is rewarding” said Agency Marketing and Strategy Director Steve Muller.

The international exposure caps a busy six months at Bondi Advertising, who flag their interest to work with more local marketers that run brands with global reach. Examples of the work can be seen at: Mavi: http://youtu.be/m6uvfkk_VuI Pie face uSA: http://www.piefacenyc.com
