Brand experience agency Aesthetic hires Kristy Foulcher and Clare Miles

Brand experience agency Aesthetic has appointed Kristy Foulcher as head of production and Clare Miles as strategic planner.

The announcement:

Brand Experience agency Aesthetic is powering up their offering with the appointment of Kristy Foulcher as Head of Production, and Clare Miles who will round out the agency’s focus on strategy as strategic planner.

Foulcher brings 20 years’ experience of event production to the team, and her wealth of events knowledge — from event conceptualisation, curation and creative direction, to AV tech, styling and design — will be invaluable as she is tasked with ramping up the agency’s production capacity.

General Manager Hayley Williamson shared some of her vision for Aesthetic, and what this appointment means for the wider team; “Kristy’s appointment sparks the beginning of an exciting time at Aesthetic – we’ve grown our capabilities as an agency over the past ten years with a very strong focus on delivering flawless brand experiences for long-standing clients, and now want to build upon our history to help more brands connect with their audiences. Our commitment to our client partnerships is in our DNA, so Kristy will play a critical role in our future growth by increasing our production capacity while maintaining the highest of standards we’re known for.”

On the strategic side of the business, Clare Miles joins Aesthetic to further cement the agency’s reputation as an insight-led powerhouse. Miles’ background in social science and communications, and over 15 years’ experience in customer research and brand planning will help drive Aesthetic’s commitment to human centric strategy – creating meaningful, memorable and more powerful interactions between brands and people.

Williamson said of the decision to increase the agency’s strategic offering; “the solutions we deliver have always been customer centric and Clare’s appointment will serve to strengthen that offering. We chose to further embed strategy into the business in response to a shift in the market where ‘Brand Experience’ has emerged as a strategic priority for brand leaders, who are increasingly required to demonstrate how in- person brand touch points can help businesses meet their long-term goals.”

These significant appointments demonstrate that Aesthetic is positioning themselves to respond to a changing market, which Williamson goes on to summarise; “while brands have always considered how they can connect with their audiences through launches, activations and conferences, ‘Brand Experience’ interrogates the cumulative impact of each individual touch point. By bringing Kristy and Clare on board, we’re able to better serve our clients who want to transition from a traditional program of independently delivered events, to a holistic strategy designed to deliver long-term ROI.”
