Cannings Purple appoints Jenn Morris as national director of strategy

Communications consultancy Cannings Purple has hired Jenn Morris as national director of strategy.

Up until December last year, Morris was the CEO of the Walk Free Foundation, and was previously its director of business and government engagement. 

Morris is also an Olympic medalist 

Prior to the Walk Free Foundation, Morris spent 12 years at Deloitte as a partner.

Morris is currently a non-executive director at Fortescue Metals Group and a commissioner at the Australian Sports Commission.

Morris is also a two-time Olympic gold medalist as a member of the Australian women’s hockey team at the 1996 Atlanta and 2000 Sydney games.

At the end of last year, David Lock joined Cannings Purple as special counsel.
