Tim Bullock is the man behind the camera for a new Badgar Ogilvy-created campaign for AAMI, in which a character named Rhonda is hailed a heroine for not claiming car insurance.
The campaign has launched to promote the company’s new offering, where drivers who don’t claim will receive a discount of up to 15%.
AAMI executive manager marketing Richard Riboni, said: “We launched AAMI Safe Driver Rewards two years ago as we believe drivers who don’t claim should be rewarded with savings and discounts on their comprehensive car insurance.”

This ad came on during Grand Final. General consensus? AAMI need to stop changing the AAMI girl. We only just got used to the new one and her friendly girl-next-door smile and now all of a sudden we’re expected to embrace this new girl as if nothing has changed?!
Stop toying with us, AAMI… we emotionally invest in our AAMI girls and you need to treat that fact with respect.

Hey Shane, just letting you know that it’s the same AAMI girl that has been around for a couple of years now. She was re-shot – and this has been in market since July. So there is no new AAMI girl 🙂
