Carat picks up media for $30m parent company of Real, Guardian and Choosi insurance brands
Carat has won the media buying for many of Australia’s major insurance brands including Real Insurance, Australian Seniors, Guardian Insurance and Prime Pet Insurance, along with popular online comparison service Choosi.
The accounts reflect the pet, life, income and funeral insurance divisions of Greenstone Financial Services and see the business move from PHD to Carat.
Fellow incumbent Nunn Media, which holds the media buying for Real Insurance’s general insurance, remains on the account.
Said Aimee Brunello, lead acquisition and advertising manager at Greenstone: “Throughout the pitch process Carat demonstrated a thorough understanding of our business challenges and how they could support us in delivering growth for the future.
“The combination of their direct response capabilities and investment expertise made them the right choice in partner for Greenstone.”
Carat CEO Simon Ryan told Mumbrella: “We are thrilled to be working with the team at Greenstone Financial to ensure continued growth for their business. Our approach is clear: to redefine media to ensure improved business outcomes and to bring media convergence closer to the point of transaction.”
The account is rumoured to be worth as much as $30m.
