Carat Melbourne wins RSPCA Victoria

RSPCARSPCA Victoria has handed media duties to Carat Melbourne following a competitive pitch, with the win becoming the third not-for-profit account in Carat’s portfolio.

Bekki Davis, RSPCA Victora campaigns and communications manager, said in a statement: “We are very excited to be working with Carat – they already have experience working with not-for-profit and we know their team will offer informed insight through this experience.”

Carat also works with The Big Issue and the Leukaemia Foundation.

Stuart Perry, head of growth & retention at Carat, said “Carat is proud to be working with RSCPA to support their work in the community and the prevention of animal cruelty. Carat’s passion for driving change was integral to our pitch to RSPCA Vic with a real desire to be hands on and involved at every level for this great not for profit cause” .

Aside from media duties, the agency will also work with the association on fundraising and will participate in the Million Paws Walk on May 17 to fight against animal cruelty.

The size of the RSPCA’s media spend is unknown.
