Christian O’Connell, Mat Rogers and Holly Ferling confirmed as Mumbrella360 full program revealed

One of Australian radio’s most prominent hosts, Christian O’Connell, along with sports stars Mat Rogers and Holly Ferling have been confirmed for Mumbrella360: Reimagined, with the full program now locked in.

O’Connell, Ferling and Rogers

Taking place on 13-15 July across 3 venues in Sydney’s CBD, the program contains 65 unique sessions focusing on a wide variety of different industry areas including a substantial program of interactive masterclasses.

Dual-code rugby star Rogers will join cricketer Ferling and former AFL player and Pickstar co-founder Matthew Pavlich to discuss how brands and agencies can unlock the potential of brand ambassadorship.

The panel will discuss unique insights from specific examples across a variety of industries around how these ambassador partnerships are driving real commercial outcomes, drastically shortening the time in which ROI is realised.

In addition, O’Connell will join the Mumbrella360 conference after his successful morning radio program in Melbourne to take a deep look at relevance and appeal.

He will explore what it takes to create a number one radio show and the birth of his passion project podcast, ‘Stuff of Legends’, from conceptualisation to creation.

In 2018, as one of the UK’s most successful broadcasters, O’Connell quit his top-rating show in London to start all over again in Melbourne. It took him little more than a year to take his Gold FM show to number one in Melbourne’s FM breakfast slot.

A number of other sessions have also been added to the program in its finalisation, including Jules Hall of The Hallway and Aisling Finch of Google, who will discuss the future of ambient computing and the revolution of brand experience.

Mumbrella360 returns in-person this year

They will explore the implications for brands in this new reality, how brand experiences will evolve, what this means for your brand strategy and what capabilities agencies and marketers need to build.

Meanwhile, Roshni Hegerman, executive strategy director at McCann Australia, will also speak, tackling how the industry can foster inclusion that is conscious.

Delegates will learn what conscious inclusion is; how it has been used internally and externally; and how McCann/Hero used advertising and communication to go beyond just selling products to create significant change.

Mumbrella360: Reimagined takes place 13-15 July across the Hilton Hotel, the Four Seasons and the Sheraton Grand Sydney. Tickets are on sale now.
