Citrus wins Coopers and Adidas Golf business

Citrus, the digital marketing agency has won two new pieces of business in Coopers Brewery and TaylorMade Adidas Golf.

Citrus wins new digital business with Coopers and TaylorMade Adidas Golf

Digital marketing agency Citrus is celebrating two new business wins with recent appointments by Coopers Brewery and TaylorMade Adidas Golf.

Following a competitive pitch, Citrus has been appointed as digital agency to Coopers Brewery, the country’s largest wholly Australian owned brewery. The brief aims to engage the Coopers’ customer across multiple digital channels including e-commerce and eCRM, in the lead up to Coopers’ 150th anniversary in 2012.

In 2012, Citrus will launch major multi-channel initiatives to re-connect Coopers with its customer database of beer brewers and brand lovers alike. The Citrus approach offers a solution focused on building long term relationships between Coopers customers, beer drinkers and DIY Beer makers.

Included in the scope of work is an exploration and redevelopment of Coopers’ digital platforms covering brand website, email marketing, mobile, social media and e-commerce. Citrus will also develop comprehensive acquisition and retention strategies, as well as deliver integrated content and community management initiatives.

Scott Harris, Marketing Manager Brewing Products said that Citrus won the account due to an impressive pitch and their cultural alignment to the Coopers team. “We are impressed with Citrus’ understanding of our business, brand and target consumers. Citrus will launch a new e-commerce site for Coopers DIY Beer and merchandise in December 2011, followed by a revamped brand website, eCRM program and social media presence.

In addition to the Coopers win, Citrus has been appointed the digital agency of golf equipment brand TaylorMade Adidas Golf. Citrus will re-invigorate TaylorMade’s digital presence with an initial focus on bringing content and product localisation to its customer database.

Key projects include the re-development of ‘The TaylorMade Pacific Player’s Club, a re-fresh of the customer experience at its Pacific sites, and a renewed focus on its regional social media presence.
