Clemenger Group continues management shuffle with new Sydney MD

Management changes are continuing at the Clemenger Group with Andrew Holt being drafted in as the new managing director of the Sydney office from the Wellington branch.

A management reshuffle was kicked off two weeks ago with the news Peter Biggs was retiring as CEO of the Melbourne office, with Clemenger Group New Zealand CEO Jim Moser taking on a chairman role there.

Today’s news sees Holt, who is MD of Clemenger BBDO Wellington, is moving to Sydney to take on the new position and will be replaced by  Assignment Group MD Livia Esterhazy.

Clemenger BBDO Sydney CEO, Andy Pontin, said in a statement: “We are delighted to have Andrew in Sydney joining our team. His leadership and commitment to the creative product of Clemenger BBDO Wellington has been fantastic and we look forward to this same passion around the work in Sydney.”

Sean Keaney will become general manager of Clemenger BBDO Wellington.

Group executive chairman, Robert Morgan, added: “I’m delighted that we have been able to fill this critical role in Sydney from within the Group. And, that we can add significantly to our leadership from outside with Livia and promoted Sean”.
