Coke still number one in Interbrand Best Global Brands report
Interbrand today released their Best Global Brands report for 2011 with Coca-Cola in number one spot for the 12th year running and Apple entering the top 10 for the first time.
Damian Borchok, head of Interbrand Australia and New Zealand said the report is not only on how brands perform in terms of perceived success but also how consumers are “behaving, evolving and reacting to brands.”
“More than ever, the economic climate, and consumer movement alike are demanding brands to be flexible, innovative and to explore social spaces they have never dared to before,” he said.
The top ten were as follows:
