Leos make local contribution to Coke peace project
Leo Burnett Sydney has collaborated on an international project for Coca-Cola which saw two video linked vending machines set up in the bitter rivals of Pakistan and India.
Each of the Coca-Cola Small World Machines has a live webcam and an interactive touchscreen which are linked. Members of the public are encouraged to dance, link hands or wave to people who are at the machine’s counterpart.
The project is the first in a series, each which will try and link conflicted countries.

I think this is an amazing and very powerful marketing program – well done to you all! Great work!
Brilliant campaign! As an Indian, I commend the team on capturing the sentiments of the people and translating it beautifully into a positive and uplifting message of peace.
Fantastic. Nice to see a great piece of work that can do more than just push ROI.
Corporate bullsh!t aside, if that ad doesn’t stir something inside you, you’re made of stone. Absolutely awesome piece of content.
mmm…. struggling to see how this is original, other than (1) real time video and (2) location. http://www.canneslions.com/ins.....nel_id=310
