Coles Liquor pitches creative account

Coles Liquor is pitching its creative account after appointing AJF Partnership to the account three years ago.

Mumbrella understands Coles Liquor’s contract with AJF Partnership is coming to an end and it is standard procedure for Coles go out to the market with a pitch.

AJF Partnership was appointed to handle the creative and strategic duties.

In November last year AJF Partnership announced it was going to be acquired by a digital business Trimantium GrowthOps, which was working towards a stock market float.

Trimantium GrowthOps plans to make eight acquisitions if it successfully lists on the ASX including AJF Partnership, creative agency Khemistry, branding agency Voodoo Creative, along with other digital service providers.

AJF will be far the biggest of the eight companies to make up the Trimantium GrowthOps group, representing 36% of 2017 revenues and 112 of the total 261 staff in the combined company.

In February this year Trimantium GrowthOps a missed a key milestone for settlement of its ASX share offering.

Trimantium GrowthOps, Coles and AJF Partnership declined to comment.

AJF Partnership’s clients include Holden, Officeworks, Dare, Dairy Farmers and Pura.
