Coles Local appoints Keep Left to creative and content account
PR agency Keep Left has won the creative and content account for Coles’ new retail offering, Coles Local.
Keep Left will now be responsible for Coles Local’s creative and content production which includes outdoor and print advertising, magazine content and design, video production and social creative advertising and content.
The win comes two years after Keep Left opened a content and digital marketing arm to help expand its business and focus on data-driven storytelling.
Peta Allsopp, head of local and special projects marketing at Coles, said Coles Local needed an agency which could help Coles Local differentiate itself and the brand in Australia.
“We were looking for an agency with a strong strategic, creative and digital skillset to help us launch this new brand in Australia and were impressed with Keep Left’s integrated offering.”
Keep Left Acting CEO, Caroline Catterall, added: “The Coles Local magazine shoot gave us the chance to put the space to the test and I’m pleased to say the feedback from the photographers and stylists was very positive.”
Keep Left’s content arm currently works with clients including Domaine Chandon, NEFF Australia and the University of Melbourne.
Meanwhile, just last month the PR agency opened its doors in Sydney with a new office run by Libby Britten.
