News of the appointments comes a week after the agency revealed former R/GA creatives, Will Winter-Irving and Pat Anderson had joined the creative team.

The agency has had the creative chequebook out since its acquisition by Dentsu in September.

Bolton and Packham have known each other since school and are returning to Australia after the launch of their most recent campaign, the ‘Teddies’ ad for Heathrow Airport.

Steve Coll, chief creative officer at With Collective, said he had always hoped to work again with the duo.

“It’s hard to imagine hiring two nicer, more talented people than Dan and Barn,” Coll said.

“They have a great understanding of some of our key clients, and they are relentless in the pursuit of great work.”

Bolton and Packham said they were “thankful” for the opportunity.

“We’re excited by the way With is shaping itself differently and can’t wait to work with Steve again.”

With Collective CEO Justin Hind, described the team as a “great cultural fit” for the agency which is “evolving to face the future of advertising.”
