Crimtan names Jeff Purser as ANZ sales director

Programmatic company Crimtan today has appointed Jeff Purser as its new ANZ sales director, who will drive revenue and results for Crimtan’s customer base across Australia and New Zealand.

Working alongside Joshua Wilson, JAPAC commercial director, the pair will build on new business development strategies for the region.

The company has recently partnered with automotive digital publishers Autovia and Haymarket Automotive to power a digital advertising solution using their pooled first-party audience data.

Purser has extensive experience in digital sales management and most recently was head of sales for a national company, Startup Digital News. Prior to that, he was the APAC head of sales for Octomedia, national sales manager for AAP, and state sales manager for the Spiel Group.

Commenting on his appointment, Purser said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the Crimtan team. Crimtan is well-known for its innovative digital advertising solutions and its drive to consistently offer value for its clients. As the market contends with the upcoming demise of third-party cookies, Crimtan is already driving new partnerships and collaborations to be well-prepared for the change and to continue to deliver for their customers. Wilson added: “Jeff comes to Crimtan with a wealth of digital sales experience, particularly in strategy and management. He’s renowned industry-wide for his work ethic and his ability to successfully manage teams that hit their goals. Jeff is passionate about nurturing and developing his people and I’m confident he’s going to be a strong leader across the Crimtan business.”

Purser’s appointment is effective immediately.
