Criteo expands into Melbourne with appointment of director regional go-to-market for ANZ

Global technology company and commerce media platform Criteo has expanded into Melbourne with the hire of new director regional go-to-market for ANZ, Manuela Cadd.

Cadd joins Criteo from Verve Group where she served as the Australian country manager.

She brings over 20 years of experience in business development and account management to Criteo, having held a range of roles in advertising across Europe and Australia.

The new hire marks the 20th team member for Criteo’s local operations, having expanding from 12 local employees since the start of 2021, with several open positions.

Australia has been identified as a key market for Criteo to test and innovate products with several Beta tests taking place in the country with leading local brands.

Colin Barnard, managing director, Australia and New Zealand said: “The digital advertising industry is in demand as we move towards a future of addressability. Marketers and brands are looking for new ways to reach relevant consumers and we are proud to be at the forefront of that shift. We are excited to have Manuela on board to assist Criteo in providing the high-level services our clients have come to expect from us.

“As working environments continue to evolve, we are offering our employees a choice of working from home with the office space used for collaboration, ideation and the opportunity for teams to come together as and when needed. This allows Criteo to invest in talent across Australia, creating a team with a range of expertise ready to shape the future of advertising.”
