Cummins and Partners appoints Ben McCallum as CEO

Ben McCallum has been appointed CEO of Australian Independent creative agency Cummins and Partners.

McCallum joined the company in July, as its general manager of media. He joined from UM, where he was managing director, and held various senior leadership roles at Mediacom.

Cummins and Partner has a number of blue chip clients on its books, including frozen food company McCain, automative giant Stellantis (Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Jeep, Peugeot) and Snackbrands (Kettles, CC’s).

The appointment of McCallum “marks the beginning of the next phase of the agency’s ambitious growth strategy,” according to the media release.

McCallum joins the CEO role after a career spanning senior leadership positions across creative agencies and global client portfolios. He brings a track record in building high-performing teams, driving business growth, and delivering award-winning work for major brands.

“I’m excited to lead the team at such a pivotal time, as we partner with some of the world’s biggest brands and continue expanding our offering across Australia”, McCallum said in the release.

Agency founder Sean Cummins praised “Ben’s leadership, client focus and deep industry experience”, which he said will be “instrumental in taking the agency to the next level.”
