Cutting Edge appoints Zenon Kohler as art director

Brisbane post house Cutting Edge has hired Zenon Kohler as art director.

The announcement:

Brisbane, Australia – 28 July — 2011 –Cutting Edge – Brisbane is pleased to announce well known Brisbane industry creative, Zenon Kohler has joined the team.

Zenon adds another layer to the creative prowess of the Edge. His international design style and typography will add even more to Cutting Edge’s already progressive approach to film craft.  As a seasoned art director, Zenon knows how to push boundaries in the pursuit of greater creativity. His past experience includes stints in advertising and design, before joining Animal Logic as a VFX Supervisor working on international TVCs and feature films and most recently The Post Lounge.

Zenon’s visual achievements include a bag of awards for his short films including Tropfest finalist in 2000 and 2007. He co-wrote the SBS program ‘Let’s Vote’ and directed ‘Takoyaki City’, a one-hour drama for MTV. By any measure, Zenon adds new creative direction and energy to Cutting Edge Brisbane.
