Cutting Edge promotes Trelise Blade to GM advertising and media

Post production house Cutting Edge has promoted executive producer Trelise Blade to general manager of advertising and media.

The appointment underscores Cutting Edge’s commitment to worthy creative and client service, while simultaneously marking a new chapter in the studio’s story.

Blade has been with the studio for a decade, managing producers and artists to deliver work for clients. Her responsibilities also included seeking new business opportunities, troubleshooting delicate issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Kylee Ratz, group general manager, said Blade has been instrumental in shaping Cutting Edge’s reputation, adding that the new role is a testament to Blade’s passion and the trust she has built within the organisation and with clients.

“We recognise the importance of continuously offering the best to our clients, ensuring their challenges are met with the attention they deserve. Trelise was born for this role,” said Ratz.

“She’s a powerhouse, and we’re confident she’ll elevate our Advertising and Media division to bold new heights.”

In the new role, Blade will oversee all of the studio’s advertising and media strategy.

“I’m incredibly excited to step into this new role,” she said of her appointment.

“Truthfully, it’s been a long-term goal of mine, and I’ve spent the last decade working closely with Kylee Ratz, learning all I can from someone who has led this incredible company for over 20 years.

“During that time, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented people in the industry, and I’m ready to lead our teams as we continue to push boundaries and deliver exceptional results for our clients.”
