CX Lavender appoints new CEO

CX Lavender has named Clint Bauer as the full-service customer experience agency’s newest chief executive officer.

Bauer’s appointment sees him takeover the leadership position from Adam Washington, who is set to depart the business to explore new opportunities.

The appointment marks a milestone in Bauer’s near-two-decade stint at CX Lavender, where he has filled the roles of chief technology officer and senior partner.

He has been credited with influencing the agency’s technology and data solutions, and bolstering the agency’s international growth, on top of leading its technology-related division and CXTX – CX Lavender’s software arm that it launched in February 2019.

Bauer’s promotion will see the agency’s founder, Will Lavender, step into a chairman role. While chairman, Lavender will collaborate with the agency’s leadership team, including Bauer, to ensure CX Lavender remains innovative.

Lavender spoke on Bauer’s new role in the business, saying, “Clint is a rare talent.

“His depth of expertise in emerging technologies, his strategic foresight, and his commitment to people-centred leadership make him perfectly placed to steer our agency through its next stage of growth.”

“I’m excited to step into the role of CEO at such a pivotal moment,” Bauer shared.

“CX Lavender has always excelled at delivering innovative solutions underpinned by a relentless focus on customers.

“I look forward to working alongside and leading our outstanding team as we continue to fuse creativity, data, and technology to unlock even greater value for our clients and their customers.”
