Daylight Agency adds Hop Growers of America to its client list

Daylight Agency has won a pitch to represent the Hop Growers of America in the Australian market.

The agency will be responsible for managing the Hop Growers of America’s local marketing activities and assisting in the introduction of the organisation to local brewers.

The Hop Growers of America has appointed Daylight Agency to facilitate its local marketing

Chris Gray, managing director of Daylight Agency said in a statement: “Australia has been identified as one of HGA’s priority markets and we are thrilled to be selected to showcase the quality, variety and tradition of US hops and connect Australia’s talented local brewers with this international hop market.

“Our strength and experience with other brands in the beverage industry is highly valued by HGA including our recent work with the Distilled Spirits Council of the US. We are looking forward to showcasing US hop growers from the Pacific Northwest and across the country at Brewcon19, Australia’s leading brewers conference and trade event.”

Jaki Brophy, Hop Growers of America communications director, said the Australian market of craft beers provided a great opportunity for the organisation to expand.

“Australia is an exciting market for American hop growers with a great amount of talent already on display. Even with the aptitude already apparent, we see a lot of potential here for continued growth in volumes and the very nature of craft has a spirit of constant evolution and improvement. With that, we look forward to serving as a resource in this market by providing fresh-from-the-US samples, information, and technical speakers when we can.

“We chose Daylight Agency because of their extensive experience working with organisations in the sector and trust them to represent our brand to the highest of standards in Australia.”

Recently, Daylight Agency won the accounts for self-adhesive label manufacturer Avery, and German company Häcker Kitchen.
