Melbourne: Market research firm DBM Consultants has appointed Red Agency to promote its highly regarded business banking satisfaction survey and wider corporate brand.
DBM’s business banking satisfaction survey – the Business Financial Services Monitor (BFSM) -compares the performance of Australian banks across all sized businesses (micro, small, medium and large).
DBM Consultants Managing Director Dhruba Gupta said Red Agency was the perfect choice to promote the BFSM and the company’s wider corporate image.
“The BFSM is a major focus for us and we were impressed with the range of activities Red Agency could assist us with in addition to this,” Mr Gupta said.
“We have grown by more than 50% in size in the past 18 months and we feel that Red Agency has the expertise to take us to the next level.”
The BFSM is the largest business banking satisfaction survey in the country with around 20,000 interviews undertaken annually. It is the only one subscribed to by the major banks.
