Dentsu adds With Collective to Isobar group
Eight months after its acquisition by Dentsu, Sydney agency With Collective is being linked into Dentsu’s global Isobar group, joining fellow agency Soap.
The move to align the creative and data marketing agency with Isobar will give With access to their digital capabilities.
Dentsu Aegis ANZ CEO Simon Ryan said the move had been in planning since the acquisition of With.
“Our biggest objective is to grow the capabilities and services we can offer our clients. Acquiring With Collective – a fast-growing business with a strong reputation for excellence as a data-led, creative customer marketing consultancy – was an exciting step in that direction,” Ryan said.
“By linking With Collective to Isobar … we are creating a full-service partnership offering that answers complex business problems by providing end-to-end strategy and execution of customer-focused, creative and digital solutions.”
Justin Hind, With’s co-founder, said there was a clear alignment with Isobar that would benefit the agency’s clients locally.
The move also comes ahead of plans to expand With Collective into Melbourne and New Zealand later this year.
Isobar’s ANZ CEO Konrad Spilva said of the move: “Ultimately, we want to help our clients create better experiences for their customers, and With Collective is central to helping us meet that goal.”
With clients include Qantas, Fairfax Media and Optus, while Isobar handle PayPal, Holden, Dulux and Australia Post.
“linking” & “linked by”… a cynic would say that sounds like fancy, empty, management speak

Hopefully it goes better for ‘WITH’ than the last company Isospin took over.
