Designing inherent value, behavioural insights lessons from a pioneer, and gamification workshop complete MSIX 2024 sessions

Making restaurants inherently valuable, the history and future of behavioural insights (BI) from one of its pioneers, and a hands-on gamification workshop round out the sessions for MSIX: Marketing Science Ideas Xchange 2024.

The restaurant session, ‘Designing Value into Restaurants’, will be delivered by Yen Trinh, owner of the award-winning Pottsville restaurant, Pipit Restaurant.

During her talk, Trinh is expected to touch upon the realities restaurants and their brands are facing in today’s cost-of-living crisis, unpacking why these hospitality institutions must be vigilant when showcasing and injecting value into all areas of the business – not just food.
