DiDi announces new creative agency partner: ‘We love the team’s boldness’
Rideshare service DiDi has announced a new lead creative agency partner.
On Thursday, the company announced that indie agency Sunday Gravy has been tapped for the role following a competitive pitch.
The partnership is effective immediately.
“It’s clear that Sunday Gravy shares our excitement at the potential of the DiDi brand in this market, along with a shared vision on how to build the brand,” DiDi head of brand marketing, Tim Farmer, said.
“We love the team’s boldness and creativity of their thinking, and their commitment to a truly collaborative approach that we believe will help us encourage consumers to rethink the category.”
Sunday Gravy founder, Ant White, said the agency is thrilled to be working with the popular rideshare company.
“When it comes to rideshare, DiDi isn’t currently thought of in enough rideshare occasions. We’re excited to work with Tim and the team to help DiDi capture more attention with work that will spike interest and get them recalled more often,” he said.
General manager, Anna Camuglia, added: “Tim and the team are the perfect fit for us, they are wanting to push category conventions and win back some share that they so rightfully deserve and we are up for the challenge.”
Sunday Gravy’s first work for DiDi is expected to be released in the coming weeks.
