Digital boss Peter Bray takes the helm at The Brand Shop
Peter Bray has become one of the first in Australia from a digital background to become manager of an ad agency.
Bray, who joined The Brand Shop as digital director in September, has also taken on general manager responsibility for the Sydney-based creative agency.
It follows CEO Gavin Larkin’s promotion to add fellow STW agency Yello to his own brief.
Prior to The Brand Shop, Bray – who is also the NSW President of the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association – was MD of Clear Blue Day which he founded in 2001.
seems like a smart direction with a smart guy
you owe me a teapot Petey…
A very smart move by The Brand Shop, Peter brings an enormous amount of experience to the table not just from a Digital perspective but a business angle too. Well done PB, Good Luck
Interesting point on ‘one of the first’, and an interesting trend … especially if you are a fellow believer that digital isn’t a marketing speciality per se, more an enabler. 1to1 now continually being enhanced through technology and it’s impact (i.e. Direct communication … brand-to-consumer and peer-to-peer)
Immediate people to then jump to mind are …
