Infidelity is back as Ashley Madison restarts PR activities

Dating website Ashley Madison has re-appointed Kiddle Milk as the controversial site resumes its PR activities, Mumbrella can reveal.

“Milk are thrilled to have Ashley Madison re-engage our services to share their global news, statistics, stories and insights behind what drives infidelity,” Shereen Kiddle, founder and director of Kiddle Milk, told Mumbrella.

The appointment follows Ashley Madison’s 2015 hacking scandal, publicly outing millions of email addresses used on the adultery website, which saw the service suspend PR activities.

Kiddle Milk worked with the dating website in 2015 until Ashley Madison ceased all global PR activity during the scandal. With the service restarting PR activities, Kiddle Milk has been re-appointed as its Australian representative.

“With Australia being second only to Canada in the infidelity stakes, we represent a significant proportion of the population in our membership,” Kiddle continued.

Ashley Madison’s website claims to have over 52.825m members who’ve joined since the site was founded in 2002 with Australia being the second highest per capita user of the website.
