Elders Insurance appoints The Core Agency to creative account

QBE Group’s regional and rural insurance company Elders Insurance, has appointed The Core Agency to handle its creative account.

The independent agency has looked after QBE’s international creative since 2013 and won the pitch for its direct insurance account in 2014. 

Just last week, The Core Agency won the creative account for fintech company Spotcap.

The Core Agency will now also be responsible for developing retail and brand campaigns for Edlers Insurance.

Jane Callister, managing director at The Core Agency, said in a statement: “We have a longstanding partnership with QBE Group and it’s wonderful to be asked to extend our remit to include Elders Insurance. The brand has an enviable relationship with its customers and we’re looking forward to telling that story to a broader audience.”

Bettina Pidcock, chief customer officer QBE Group, said: “Elders Insurance is a highly successful business that has always put its customers first. We have big plans to grow the brand in Australia and are excited to be working with Core to achieve this.”

QBE Insurance, Sydney Airport, Key Pharmaceuticals, Pet Circle, Cook Islands Tourism, RSVP and The Fred Hollows Foundation are all clients of The Core Agency.
