Electriclime welcomes Joe Connor to roster

Director Joe Connor has joined Electriclime “on an exclusive basis through the MENA and APAC regions”.

The announcement:

electriclime° have signed director Joe Connor to their roster on an exclusive basis through the MENA and APAC regions.

Hailing from the north of England, Joe’s films are cinematic and rich in storytelling, creating work for some of the world’s leading brands and also music videos.

He has helmed campaigns for Land Rover, Louis Vuitton, Ariat, Volvo and more, while also shooting films with celebrities such as Emma Stone and BLACKPINK’s Lisa.

Aside from the commercial space, Joe has also a major back catalogue in music videos, including helping launch ‘Harry’s House’, Harry Styles’ Grammy-winning album, and massive music stars including Sam Smith, The Rolling Stones and Coldplay.

Joe’s work has seen him be recognised by awards shows around the globe, with nominations at Cannes Lions, D&AD, British Arrows, 1.4 Awards, Creative Circles, and seven nominations by the UKMVA.

As well as his film work, Joe also co-founded the experimental theatre company Parrot {in the} Tank – and also created theatre for the Institute of Contemporary Art, The Roundhouse, The Prague Scenofest, and The Arts Theatre.

Joe said: “There are a few exciting elements to this venture. electriclime° are a dynamic, creative place with an aim to make striking art in the commercial space, plus my good friend and excellent director Emile Rafael is represented at electriclime°, which lets me know that this is a place with great taste.”
