Emotions are out on MAFS and viewers like it: Nine wins Monday night

Nine’s reality show, Married At First Sight (MAFS), topped entertainment and all three key advertising demos on Monday night with 843,000 metro viewers.

Meanwhile, The Chase Australia on Seven brought in 508,000 metro viewers. Australian Survivor on Ten closely followed with 505,000 metro viewers.

Seven’s Home and Away and Australian Idol aired to 491,000 and 439,000 metro viewers respectively.

The #1 news program on Monday night was Seven News with 913,000 metro viewers, followed by Seven News at 6:30 with 908,000, Nine News at 6:30 with 752,000 and Nine News with 752,000.

The top network was Nine with a 32.1%share, followed by Seven with 27%, Ten with 17.1% and ABC with 16.6%.

Nine was the top-rated primary channel with a 25.2% share, while the top-rated multichannel was 7Two with a 3.9% share.

In the latest Daily Consolidated 7 Total TV Report for 13 March, MAFS on Nine last Monday was the #1 program nationally with 1.84 million Total TV viewers, including 572,000 on BVOD and the biggest uplift of 60%.
