Emotive unveils new promotion and hires

Creative agency Emotive has revealed that Aoife Lehane has been promoted to the account director role. At the same time, Ruki Ahad and Tyler Ronaldson have joined the business as senior account managers, while Jenna Fisher arrives as creative opps manager.

The announcement:

The continued expansion comes off the back of a strong start to 2024 including a new full-service ‘fame’ offering and plenty of new work launching from the likes of Google, San Remo and Optus.

Aoife Lehane, who joined Emotive from Droga5 Dublin 12-months ago has been promoted to account director, and will work alongside business director, Andrea Dalton Doran on the Optus account.

Joining the account management team are two new senior account managers. Ruki Ahad arrives from Ogilvy where she worked on NSW and Federal Government, whilst Tyler Ronaldson has been hired from Clemenger BBDO with a background on YES23, Insurance and Betting clients.

In addition to bolstering the account management team, Jenna Fisher joins as creative opps manager, streamlining creative resourcing and response, ensuring the agency is well structured to deliver on the increasing number of non-traditional client briefs. Jenna brings a wealth of experience from high-profile agency roles in the UK and Australia including Wave, VCCP, BWM Dentsu and Havas.

Simon Joyce, CEO, Emotive, said: “With the growth we’re experiencing and an ambition to create the kind of work no-one has done before, this is such an exciting time for Emotive. But key to the growth is always our culture defined by the best talent and an additive mindset. Aoife, Ruki, Tyler and Jenna embody exactly that.“

All four are based out of Emotive’s Coogee HQ.
