Employment Hero announces several senior hires

Employment management platform, Employment Hero, has announced a slew of senior hires in its quest for global growth.

The announcement:

Employment Hero, the employment management platform, which serves almost 20 per cent of Australia’s private workforce, has made a raft of senior hires as it eyes global growth.

Now valued at $2 billion, Employment Hero will remain committed to ANZ while also accelerating marketing efforts across the UK, Singapore and Malaysia. Alongside the core Employment Hero brand, the newly bolstered marketing team are focused on making the consumer-facing Swag app the best destination for those looking to land a dream job, manage current employment and get the absolute maximum from their pay cheque.

In addition to the new heads of Customer Marketing, UK Marketing and Brand – who all started in the previous three months – the company also last year hired a new head of partner marketing, Emily Shurey, a global head of PR & comms, Lucy Sharp and a new head of marketing for the SEA region, Jia Qi Beh.

In-line with the expanded marketing team, Lucy Sharp is also building Employment Hero’s first global PR and Communications team with support for the Australia and New Zealand; Singapore and Malaysia; and UK markets.

“I’m so excited to be welcoming our new marketing leaders to the rocketship that is Employment Hero”, said Tasman Page, GM, marketing at Employment Hero.

“We have some colossal plans, from growing our global footprint to reinventing the job seeker journey through our Swag app and implementing AI to make it even easier for SMEs to manage their workforces. We’ll also be launching some really fun and engaging marketing campaigns that we hope will get the world talking.

“The talent we have within our business inspires me daily and I am looking forward to seeing what the team will achieve in 2024.”
