Employment Hero unveils ‘power of us’ rebranding by One Centre

Employment Hero has unveiled its rebrand, featuring a new ‘power of us’ platform and positioning created by The One Centre.

The rebrand is the first since the employee management service launched in December 2015.

Employment Hero CMO Cat Prestipino said of the rebrand: “Last year it became clear that we had outgrown our logo. It didn’t speak to our bigger mission of connecting people or making employment easier or more rewarding.

“Our new logo and brand positioning represent the collective power of everyone using our platform, which we harness to provide more value than they could generate alone.”

Employment Hero has raised has raised over $15 million in funding from investors including Seek, OneVentures, AirTree and AMP and claims to be used by over 150,000 employees of more that 3,500 Australian businesses.

John Ford, CEO of The One Centre, said: “Over the past six months, we’ve been working with the team at Employment Hero to deliver a brand positioning that allows it to scale up for global growth. The new positioning is all about building a better world at work through ‘The power of us’, which flows through to the company’s identity, website and entire customer experience.”

Ben Thompson, founder of Employment Hero, added: “When we launched, Employment Hero was focussed on providing HR and payroll tools to make managing employment easier for businesses. Since then, we’ve evolved into a people management platform that makes employment more rewarding for everyone by offering a wide range of employee benefits.

“We needed to develop a positioning and identity that reflects this evolution and is flexible enough to represent an expanding product portfolio.”
