Branded content business Ensemble is expanding its executive team across its Sydney and Melbourne offices, hiring a content director, three senior sponsorship account managers and a production assistant which the agency says will help them manage new client wins.

Ensemble CEO Justin Ricketts said in a statement: “The five new positions will help us manage some new client wins towards the end of 2013 and our growth plans for 2014.

“We will also be adding more people resources to our creative strategy unit and expanding our content capabilities in the not-too-distant future.”

Jess Rutherford joins the team as content director, coming to the agency after a year-and-a-half stint with the Network Ten integration team where she managed local productions and brand integration. She worked across Recipe to Riches with Woolworths, The Bachelor with Ford, Meat & Livestock Australia with The Living Room involving Bunnings, Taubmans and Twentieth Century Fox.

Former Ignite Media Brands channel partnerships manager Monika Greenfields has been appointed as senior sponsorship account manager to work out of the agency’s Sydney office.

Kayla Greenville, a former event and sponsorship manager on the Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain IronMan series, joins Ensemble in the same position along with Frank Curcio who will cover the role in the Melbourne office. He joins from media agency UM where he was an implementation planner.
