WPP’s digital media agency Essence has hired Russ Mitchinson as its head of strategy.

Mitchinson: A truly exciting time

Mitchinson’s move comes just six months after he was appointed GM of OMD’s Perth operation.

Jovy Gill, MD for Essence Australia and New Zealand, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Russ to Essence. He brings vast experience in communications strategy crossing both creative and media and offers a wealth of strategic know-how. He will be invaluable as we strive for growth in the region.”
