Ethical investing and the value of purpose to feature at the Mumbrella Finance Marketing Summit
The line-up for the Mumbrella Finance Marketing Summit is almost complete with two new sessions from Australian Ethical and Paper Moose, as well as American Express and Dentsu Creative confirmed.
In a session titled ‘Growing Good Money – Marketing Ethical Investing’, Australian Ethical’s chief customer officer, Maria Loyez will join Paper Moose’s co-founder, CEO and ECD, Nick Hunter on stage.
Founded in 1986, Australian Ethical argues that the power of financial markets could be harnessed to bring about social change. By 2014, it became the first publicly listed Australian company to be certified as a B Corp.
The brand is investing for long-term returns, and is trying to do good by people, animals and the planet. As of 31 December 2022, it managed $8.37 billion, with over 113,000 customers.
Loyez, who has deep experience in the finance industry, will talk delegates through the brand’s growth, as well as its customer and marketing strategy.
She will be joined by Hunter, as Paper Moose was signed as the brand’s creative agency of record in March 2022, and has released several campaigns since.
Also speaking is American Express’ VP brand, marketing and member experience, Naysla Edwards.
Edwards will speak on how American Express has looked to find new ways to enrich customer experiences since its inception.
Even as the business has transformed, from freight forwarding, to travel and cards, to innovative digital products and services, one thing has remained constant – its commitment to earn customer loyalty for the long haul.
CEO of Dentsu Creative, Kirsty Muddle, will join Edwards on stage to unpack how Dentsu Creative’s history propels American Express’ vision for the future as its creative agency.
The Mumbrella Finance Marketing Summit will take place on 8 June at the Sofitel, Sydney Wentworth.
