2016 Evolve wins Coles Supplier of the Year Award
Melbourne-based Evolve Research and Consulting has triumphed at the Coles Supplier Awards, winning the Outstanding Service Award.
At a gala dinner in Melbourne attended by around 1200 Coles suppliers and team members, Evolve was awarded a winner’s trophy by Coles directors Chris Nicholas and George Dymond.
Evolve was recognized for its work in administering 40,000 ‘Tell Coles’ customer and team member feedback surveys each week across Coles supermarkets, Liquorland, Online and Express divisions.
Evolve also recently helped implement the ‘Always Open’ team member survey which enables team members across the business to provide feedback and ideas on how Coles can become a simpler and more efficient business.
Evolve Managing Director Garreth Chandler said he was delighted to receive the award.
“Coles is a customer-focussed business so we are pleased to play our part in helping to capture feedback from their shoppers and team members. This award is fantastic recognition for the great work we do together,” he said.
Coles Managing Director John Durkan congratulated Garreth and the Evolve team on their achievement.
“Evolve has helped us to keep our customers and team members at the heart of what we do and I’m delighted to be able to recognize their tireless efforts with this award.”
