Experiential tourism group Journey Beyond launches magazine

Adelaide-based experiential tourism group Journey Beyond has launched a new magazine for travellers looking to visit the Whitsundays, Rottnest Island and regional Australia.

The new title, entitled ‘Journey Beyond’, will be developed in-house by the group, while design has been done by South Australian agency Frame.

The magazine will be printed three to four times a year

Journey Beyond new magazine will be published three to four times a year and will feature articles on special destinations, regional food and wine. Model and entrepreneur Lindy Rama-Ellis appear on the front of the first edition.

It will be made available on Journey Beyond’s premium brands, including The Ghan, Indian Pacific, The Overland trains as well as Cruise Whitsundays and Rottnest Express vessels. The release of the magazine coincides with the launch of journeybeyond.com, a website where prospective travellers can explore tourism experiences.

“Journey Beyond wanted to create a premium publication for its guests that shows the breadth and diversity of travel experiences in Australia while also including entertaining and thought-provoking features. The publication features selected advertising,” a spokesperson said.
