Rapper, aristocrat and artist push Aldi coffee capsules

aldi expressi yourselfAldi has unveiled its latest campaign promoting its budget Expressi capsule coffee machine and range.

The campaign, created by BMF, features a rapper, an eye-patch wearing aristocrat and a camp artist to represent the range.

Carlos Alija and Laura Sampedro, ECDs at BMF, said in a press release: “The ‘aspirational’ approach historically reserved for pretentious perfume ads, has recently crept into the coffee category. We thought we could talk about a premium coffee product and take it to somewhere a little more refreshing by injecting ALDI’s quirky tone of voice.”
